I don't believe anyone is criticizing you. If the misunderstanding is on your end, though, you shouldn't expect a magical "oops, our fault" answer to appear. Read though Peter's email again (the one around 1:17am) and you should get the answers you asked for. If you don't understand them, explain what you don't understand and we can help you with that.
