Hello: The OP stated he was on a LIMITED budget and only wants to do a few prints for craft shows...Even though he did state that alternatives were acceptible I'm not sure that a $3000 printer fits into the limited budget category...
There is NO PERFECT printer or anything else for that matter but the HP 130 is more than qualified to handle what the OP indicated he wanted...AND on a more limited budget...
