I am guessing that my dad's imac dv 400 hard drive went and was going to attempt to replace it and came across a deal at Staples for a 60 gb Maxtor 7200rpm. I was reading the specs online and it says PC compatible but does not mention mac. Is it just a matter of formatting once installed? or do I need to get one that states mac compatible?
