To deal with the public sometimes requires patience; also, it is difficult to interview users to ascertain their information needs, and then, perhaps, you have to be tactful to deliver the brilliant results of your search without uppsetting the user who had failed to generate them.
In today's strip a user queries the catalogue of the Mallville library and the Dewey the librarian is trying to help.
