=====================

PORK TENDERLOIN
1 pound pork tenderloin
cooking spray
2 tbl Dijon mustard
1 Tbl honey
1 tsp fresh chopped rosemary (I use dryed)
1 tsp fresh chopped thyme (I use dryed)
1/4 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Trim fat from tenderloin and place on a broiler pan coated with
cooking spray. Combine mustard and next four ingredients (mustard
through pepper). in a bowl and brush over meat frequently. Bake for
50 minutes . Serving size 4 ounces equals 5 grams of fat

And for Kathy in Florida who wants to know how to keep her
blueberries. I put my blueberries on a cookie sheet in the freezer.
After they are frozen I put them in freezer containers or bags in 1-2
cup serving amounts.
