Combine mustard and next four ingredients (mustard through pepper). in a bowl and brush over meat frequently. Bake for 50 minutes . Serving size 4 ounces equals 5 grams of fat And for Kathy in Florida who wants to know how to keep her blueberries. I put my blueberries on a cookie sheet in the freezer. After they are frozen I put them in freezer containers or bags in 1-2 cup serving amounts.
