not the same bugs and no work around but the 0,0 bug could be related to a
bug where if you have a floating properties roto panel and drag roto points
to behind it, the points jumps quite far to another position  when you let
go of the mouse. Also effects SplineWarp. The bug are there in 7.04 and
reported to support.
