EU experts are working in M�laga on a future European Directive on the therapeutic use of cells and tissue which will encourage their exchange and ensure they are safe.

Jerusalem, 7 Feb (EFE). EU Middle East Envoy Miguel Angel Moratinos tries that both Israelis and Palestinians stop the escalation of violence and assume joint political and security compromises.

YUGOSLAVIA-EU: Svilanovic: Without stability in the Balkans there will be no accession to EU

Vienna, 7 Feb (EFE).- Yugoslav Foreign Minister Goran Svilanovic fears that, without stability in the Balkans, the countries of this area will not be able to entry into the European Union (EU).
