| Folgado stresses the need to accelerate the process of structural reform during the Spanish EU Presidency. Jos� Folgado, Secretary of State for Economic Affairs, Energy and Small Businesses, outlined the Spanish Presidency�s economic priorities at the recent conference on Economic Reform in Europe. The conference, at El Escorial (Madrid), was jointly hosted by the Fundaci�n para el An�lisis y Estudios Sociales (FAES) and British Telecom.
