Yes, most servers are probably running on slower hardware, but they're usually also running on a more efficient OS tailored for running on slower hardware. The Atom is on the very low end of the spectrum when it comes to running Windows 7. If the 4 request limit is hardcoded, then it would make sense for me to lower the number of simultaneous image requests. Thanks for the info.
