SB Player uses Android's stock audio system so it is limited by what
Android can support, which in stock form is a max of 16bit 48khz.

If a device maker uses a custom version of Android that supports higher
resolution audio, SB Player does have an option to use higher sampling
rates(up to 192khz). However there is no way to use higher bit width.
It's extremely unlikely anyone would hack Android to support more than
16bits anyway, since it would probably require a complete overhaul of
the audio system.

If a device claims support for high resolution audio, but requires a
specific app to use it, then that app is using a custom audio driver and
there's no way for SB Player to utilize that.
