I'm pretty sure the web interface DOES conform to it and where it doesn't (e.g. when running in different tabs) people DO experience issues. > > Well you've basically confirmed my point that a more powerful machine > WILL help. > Of course it will. The question is: how many users do you want to leave behind and tell them: "buy a new server or my App won't run correctly". I feel I do already have enough trouble with users not understanding this or that aspect of the SB, how LMS and MySB relate, that they accidentally switched some setting so the behavior changes and so on, I wouldn't want to bother about this. Also: LMS being single threaded you'd have to have a pretty powerful machine to see some actual performance increase from loading 5 images simultaneously vs. 3. --- learn more about iPeng, the iPhone and iPad remote for the Squeezebox and Logitech UE Smart Radio as well as iPeng Party, the free Party-App, at penguinlovesmusic.com *New: iPeng 7, the Universal App for iOS 7* ------------------------------------------------------------------------ pippin's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=13777 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=96757 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
