[PRODIG] Union Flag becomes Stars'n'Stripes

For some reason - only in Photoshop - my Mac keeps changing over to a 
US flag rather than a Union Flag. It's a legitimate UK copy of 
Photoshop, and a UK Mac with OSX updates only from Software Update.

The only thing I've changed in a long while is I was given and loaded 
some Photoshop brushes. And I've got rid of all the other languages 
in 'International'.

Any ideas? I could tolerate the EU flag but....
