Looking at Protel 99SE in the Delphi 5 debug environment shows that it does
spawn multiple threads.
Just the Client alone without an open design has two threads (the main
thread plus another one that is blocked waiting for a semiphore).
Opening a design creates between 10 and 13 threads (all but the main one
waiting for a semiphore).
