I am working on a PCB design with a 2x20 LCD module mounted on the board
using nylon standoffs. Easily done, I thought, so I created a footprint call
'2x20LCD' with the correct mounting holes and outline size, and dropped this
onto the PCB. Now the autorouter will not put copper tracks under the part,
on the topside of the board. (It appears to put tracks on the underside of
the pcb).

Once more, I'm sure I'm doing this the wrong way! - can someone give me a
pointer please.

Thanks, Peter
