John, I achieved that in O Scale...one of the reasons I liked modeling O was
because of the "Monarch" and others scale coupler that you actually pulled the
pin on manually via the coupler lift bar on the ends of cars and locos...in O
its a little easier to get those fingers inthere to actuly lift the bar and
pull pin...we also used prototypical hand signals...BR (before radio)
