We have a filter that pushes a new record to CHG:Change and the fields
included in the push is Assignee Group (112). The value that is being pushed
is a computed group, and exists in the Group/SHR:ApplicationGroup forms. The
error occurs on the push and says:

FYI, installation information on the 6.3 Mid-Tier is inside the

Interesting, this use case should have failed when talking to 6.3 server
- at the point of impersonation call (some form of "Not supported"
error, in worst case, "unknown RPC call"). Now that it silently fails,
while I'll have to verify, I claim it to be a C API bug. The C API
implementation indeed
...and I've also found that frequently when I make any kind of change to
the email configuration, I have to go back into the service properties
and retype the password for the account it's logging on as, even though
it hasn't changed.

provide a Boolean 'True/False' return code at least, stating that it was
successful in setup of the impersonation.
If < V7 or ($USER$ does not exist OR "allow guests is disabled") then
false sort of logic.

name should have appeared in the Last Modified By & Submitter. Also the
