Have you tried adjusting the JVM options for DevStudio to increase the amount
of heap allocated to it? I had to do this to work around an error I was
getting a while back. Go to the installation directory for DevStudio (maybe
C:\Program Files\BMC Software\ARSystem\DeveloperStudio) and open

on a machine, etc.). Are you sure that the configuration you’re trying to
verify is pointed to that instance of AIE (i.e., the instance name is correct,

There is one filter that you have to remove both the URL and attachment from.
Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the filter but I believe it originally got
it from BMC's knowledgebase. I would try to do a search there first.
