You don't want a / before the in the parameter list
You use a ? between the static portion of the URL and the parameter list and an
between each parameter.
The reason you get the search mode without any parameters is that the default
mode of the form is search.

sometimes? I know in our system we periodically get 'blocking' scenarios

in the approval folder.

a few 'changes' in how you run things..first off.you don't turn the logs
on/off with the admin console anymore.you turn them on/off in the
