Warren,
I, like John, stopped using Diary fields long ago. As far as reporting
goes, yes, a join or a sub-report is what it takes to bring that in, but I
don't think that's a big deal, because. (wait for it.) at least you can then
view it in a readable format! Have you seen a Diary field in
Mark,
There's not a defined good answer, which is why you may be searching
still. J It is really dependent on your particular environment and system
usage. Personally, I would do a couple of things:
1) Enable thread logging. Then, when your arserver restarts, watch how
long it takes
Brian,
That's what I found, as well. however, I did see that there was an Atrium
7.5 patch002 available. J I was hoping for the ITSM patch as well, but
we'll take what we can get, I suppose.

Hmm, RemedyUserGroup.org, think that is really ARSlist and WWRUG??
(or perhaps Matt Reinfeldt would like to claim it since he hosts a bunch).
Hand it over bud :-)

Thank you, sir.

Your best bet is to get client-side logging (Active Link and Filter) to see
what is setting that field or performing that Push action. You can log on
both environments and then compare them to find differences (I love the
tool, Beyond Compare for file comparrison!).
Good luck,

Yes, there's at least one document: Using a Hardware Load Balancer with AR
System 7.1.00
Which you can find in the ARS 7.1 documentation. I didn't check the 7.0 or
7.5 directories, but they may have similar docs as well. Here's the link to
the .pdf, though I'm not sure if it will work (you'll
Irina,
It would help to know what exactly you are hoping to achieve with the
integration. That way, people might have other solutions to offer as well.
Thanks,

Richard,
If memory serves, you must be on 7.0.03 patch009 (ITSM) before you can
upgrade it to the 7.5 series. Obviously, you'll need to upgrade ARS and
Atrium CMDB first, though. It should all be covered in the installation
guides for ITSM 7.5 and ARS 7.5.
If you're asking about what
When you say, restarted the server, do you mean your AR App server or the
Mid-Tier server that serves up the DV? I would make sure to do the latter.
Good luck,

Greg,
ARInside was built with an older API and likely does not recognize a lot of
the information that it's pulling in from your 7.5.x server... I,
unfortunately, would not trust it, nor expect it to work, against a 7.5.x
server.
Just my thoughts,
Matt
