I’m using 8.1 and yes, there is a Data Management Tool. It’s just launched as
a separate app found on the Application List.
· First, to display the option for the Data Management Tool in your
application list, you will need either DMT User or DMT Admin permission added
Can someone tell me where to find the Data Management tool as I cannot locate
it in the BMC Site for download. Or if you have the zip file you could forward
that as well.

I've been trying to use the Data Management Tool in 7.5 to load my
Foundation data from the work sheets provided by BMC. Remedy converts

data is load I run the Validate. After Validation is done all records
are mark
the first-level parent directory which is what the two
functions require for their respective windows!
Oh yes--this Data Management tool must be executed from the User Tool. Seems
like a really appropriate place for the BMC development team to implement
MidTier capability, right? After all

Barb, from an architectural level, 7.5 and 7.6 are almost identical, so the
processes should work with either one. Perhaps this is one of those places
where we need to tweak the SHARE:Application_Properties values to trick AR
System into thinking it has something it doesn't?

there are no extra columns at the end of the spreadsheet templates you are

the workstation you installed it from, or on the server if you installed it
