Rounded corner option for trim boxes was in the new feature list for 7.1
Does anybody know how to use this new feature in 7.1?
I was eagerly awaiting it and now don't seem to be able to find it in the admin
tool or the manuals?
Did it not make the cut for the final release?

You can do this by setting a temporary DO integer field to 0, then setting
the column to the value of the integer field. To clear the checkbox, just
set the column to $NULL$

We are on Solaris. 7.0.1 patches 2-4 crashed on our production boxes. We
are on patch 1. While there are some fundamental problems with patch 1, at
least it doesn't crash. We never tested patches 5 or 6 due to our
experiences with patches 2-4.

Just yesterday I tried to login to our remedy server using the admin
tool and go the following: ARERR [93] Timeout during data retrieval due
to busy server -- retry the operation. However, I can connect with the
user tool (as can all other support staff). Myself and another admin

Well I am pleasantly surprised... It does work in the 7.1 p2 WUT. One of
my test machines still had WUT 6.0.1 p1321 and it works there also. It
looks like it is the 7.0.1 p5 and p6 clients that are having the problem.

What version of ARS are you using?
If you have set the server group properly, post ARS 6.3, these changes
automatically propagate. You do not have to create filters on the Server
events form to run the arsignal command like you had to do after checking
server events for changes in forms,
Have you configured all the servers and their IP's in the ar.conf file?
Does the Server Ranking form have all the necessary entries for all the
servers? Have those been configured correctly?
Did you try taking the Server Group log? I'd suggest turn on this log for
all the servers, make a

To display all your items please check the product company association
and there will be a field called Assignee group which should be
defaulted to public.
Please make sure that this field is populated correctly.
Assignee group is a hidden field in the PCT: Product company
association...
No need, by default, you could able to view five Flashboards without
license.

I have used version 6.0.3, 7.0.0 and 7.1 versions of the User tool successfully
with no adverse problems for several months. I would agree about using the
Admin tool though - only use the tool applicable to the version of remedy
installed, not doing so can have severe repercussions.
