Rounded corner option for trim boxes was in the new feature list for 7.1 Does anybody know how to use this new feature in 7.1? I was eagerly awaiting it and now don't seem to be able to find it in the admin tool or the manuals? Did it not make the cut for the final release? Thanks, Rod

OK, I must be missing something. I got it to compile and run. It now returns OK in the plugin.log but returns this error to the user tool. ARERR [8922] The authentication service is not responding. Cannot connect to the system at this time. Contact your AR System Administrator for assistance.

J.T., What version of ARS are you using? If you have set the server group properly, post ARS 6.3, these changes automatically propagate. You do not have to create filters on the Server events form to run the arsignal command like you had to do after checking server events for changes in forms,

I have used version 6.0.3, 7.0.0 and 7.1 versions of the User tool successfully with no adverse problems for several months. I would agree about using the Admin tool though - only use the tool applicable to the version of remedy installed, not doing so can have severe repercussions. Regards
