In the Overview Console, Completed Tasks are displayed, when wed like to
see only Open Tasks. Ive set Overview Console Select Status Values
Task All Open Tasks, and when I open the dialog, the value is set, but

I've always been frustrated that the Web URL butts right up to the Text
body (not using email templates). I tried a blank character (alt-255)
followed by a carriage return to achieve a blank line at the beginning

As far as I remember the OOTB filters cut a Diary Entry Update on Status
changes. However, I just checked some old tickets and do not see these
entries. So perhaps there was a configuration option for this or perhaps

Apparently something is wrong with the Set-Fields action. Maybe it has
reverted to CURRENT TRANSACTION.
Re-examine the search-qualification and the assign string.
Enter the assign-string again by choosing each field from menus instead of
typing them.
