2 micron might be part of your problem. There’s no need to go that fine on your
filter element. 30 micron is perfectly adequate. Remember you have a finer
filter on your engine.
The 2 micron can easily clog up and leave the bowl of your Racor clear.

After putting most of the decent chandleries out of business, West has become
the walmart of marine equipment. The quality of gear is consistently low
because they impose so many conditions and price controls on suppliers that the
suppliers have to cut corners to make a profit. looking at the We

Just wanted to let everyone know that we are going to survey next week and all
going according to plan, Peregrine is going to a lucky new owner.
The first of no doubt many tears have been shed, but the excitement of having
the new boat is helping ease the pain.
The new boat is a Baltic 47 built
Your engine manual should have a max achievable RPM listed. If you mash the
throttle and can't get to that RPM, you need to dial in finer pitch.

Call Fred at PYI, he is a veritable font of information. You'll need to know
the prop diameter and transmission reduction; he will have a table with your
boat and engine on it. He was terrifically helpful when I put the new engine in
Peregrine.

I think the 36 will be fine if you set it up right. On my 40 I have a Tides
Strongtrack, which allows me to haul the main up almost all the way before
I have to resort to a winch. I sail with a number three on the furler,
which is easy to roll up without having to use a winch and easy to tack

Fred just trying to give you an incentive to join me. As another great delivery

So here's the last post I'll make about selling Peregrine. She is really in
quite brilliant condition. Check the web site:

To those who asked just what it took to get me to part with my beloved C&C,
here she is:

Stay set should be fine for your purposes. It is low stretch Dacron and much
less expensive than the Dyneema I'd recommend if you were racing.

Good morning, all. My wife has a web site up to help sell Peregrine.
I think I have her priced very reasonably (Peregrine, not my wife...though,
come to think of it...no...just Peregrine). I would be interested in any input
from the assembled group.
I will be sorry to part with her, but the new b
