I also make English muffin pizzas. I put them in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, at 350, and they turn out crispy. Yum! I use precooked bacon, grated mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, mushrooms, sometimes, diced peppers if I have them, diced onions, ham, if I have that, I load them up good!

I've found that for a great mini-pizza you can't go wrong with English muffins. You can use either the normal ones or the multi-grain ones. You might think they'd be a bit to bready, but the way they cook gets you that hand tossed crust mouth feel, and they're far easier to make than trying to

As I posted before, making homemade pizzas with homemade dough is not really that hard. The dough is pretty easy and doesn't take a lot of kneading. You can do it by hand or use a dough hook, wich cuts the time spent kneading to about a minute. Pizza stones work great or just a pizza pan. You can
