Does anyone know what the problem might be? A possible reason for the
error seems to be that the HDF5 file is corrupt, but can that really be
the case here?

We change the tmpdir to prevent /tmp on the
node where the build job runs from filling up, as other jobs may also be

Often (usually?) users are mainly interested in the man page for the
program they have loaded explicitly via 'module add' and less in that
for, say, 'binutils'.

So everything seems to work. Even the new PR was created, but I just
