I followed the PA transistor Q7 and Q8 installation instructions to the letter and there is NO way I can secure the heat sink cover. Yes, the nylon shoulder washer is flush with the hole on the transistors and I made sure it is centered, I even measured the screw to make sure I'm using a 1/2.
