Chris, Where did you get the idea that the KX3 2M module output 1mw? Wayne has repeatedly stated they expect something between 3 to 5w output. I know nothing about the Flex6700 (does it run with 1mw output?). Most of the RF modules used in radios require something like 20mw (+13 dBm)

Robert: If one is looking only for the occasional higher power output, I have been using a Tokyo Hy-Power 50w amplifier with my 12w K2 (and other QRP rigs) for some time now. Just half an S-unit (nominally) below 100w. I don't know if THP still makes the 50w amp, but I recall it as not
