You need to install the C++ development libraries. They're probably
called libstdc++ and libstdc++-devel.

Nope, Star Office is not available as a RPM file, just an installer.
Star Division has a rather unique signup to be a user, so the only known
way is to go through the signup procedure, get your key and then
download the app (about 70 megs, all told). I just got through
