Hi all,
Working in FinWin2011. I've got a piece with several measure number
regions, including a few bars that are excluded from numbering -- either
through measure attributes, or because they sit in between defined regions.
I'm finding that when I do something like change a key signature or

not the measure number regions. This affects many tools, so what I suggest is
to NOT unclick “include in measure numbering” until you are ready to format and
print.

Yes, the appropriate FAN files have been moved into the right place, but there
is a real bug, acknowledged by MM. I have had a message from them that the
right people at MM are working on it, so I am hopeful.

My issues with ties over system breaks are that if you move one side,
say the end of a system, the other half at the beginning of the
system also moves, dependent on the first half. Same is true for
moving the 2nd half. They don't seem to be independent of one another.

using it last October for simple student-related projects, and then
in January for my first professional job. And most of that initial
time was saying things like 'wow, that's really easy'; 'how simple it

happening as if I clicked a box twice, especially in my browser,

I should mention that when I was getting the duplicate expressions,
they would appear just *above* the bottom item in the Expression
Selection box
I've seen it as well in FinMac 2k7. I think it went away in a
different file or after restarting. Did you happen to use TGTools to
reorder the list? I thought that might have something to do with it.

I don't know if the kinds of things you need are in Bill Duncan's
custom smart shapes. I use only a few of them, but it might be worth
a look, if you use these things a lot. For instance, there's a
combined ped...* that stretches and shrinks as spacings change.

First test with Finale 2006b and an important bug! Really, it's the
first thing I did when I opened 2006b.
Just wanted to test the Time signature tool improvement and apply a
time signature to a measure with an existing document (a copy of it
of course).
