Hi All
I have a Cube 500 that I want to increase it's speed to 1.5 or more. I have
read about some of the processors. I'm confused as to which is the most trouble
free.
The ones I've read about are Sonnet and PowerLogix. I saw a video that Adam B
did and the OWC unit (PowerLogix I think) failed
I think there is something missing in your post. What is one of "these"?

If it would run like my iMacs G3 700 MHz I think you'll be very happy with
10.4.11 on the machine.
I would like to stuff something like this in a Cube to get it up to 1.8 dual.
But those are too much $$.

As for Panther it's good but Tiger is better just make sure to check for

have a PM G5 2.7 Dual 6GB and a lot of stuff has problems on the 10.5.8
partition espeacialy when images are involved. I would fire up in Tiger and see
if the trouble still exists, unless you have an app that requires Leopard I
find it's just not for PPc machines. But that's just me:-

I have some very expensive CAD software that only will run on OS9 believe it
or not. I need that stuff every day. A lot of us don't need Apple to support
our machines any

models. For LightScribe I use 2 HPs. all my machines use Toast 6 to Toast 8. I
use Mac DVD Ripper Pro for ripping. Hope this helps. BTW stick with Tiger on
that machine if you expect to get good burns.

Hi All
I need to get rid of keychain password on a G5 iMac I can't delete because we
forgot the password to unlock Keychain, it's not the same password as the
Administrator. Can I do this?

I have a G4 MDD dual 1GB machine. I would like to install a G4 1.25 GHz board.
I know there is one of these processor's that will boot OS9, I need that. Can
someone tell me If I can do this? Also how do I identify the correct board?
