I found out /etc/security/limits.conf can be used for this.
However I still do not know about ReiserFS quotas.

Hey people,
When I'm on the console and press Alt+Left or Right arrows it switches to the
previous/next virtual terminal. I find this pretty annoying since I like to use those
key bindings to switch irssi's windows. Is there any way to disable that behaviour?

I did it with freenet6 (http://www.freenet6.org ?) emerging freenet6...
I didn't have much trouble following FreeNet6's directions (note, you have to
change the server you'll connect to in the config file).
The only down thing is that FreeNet6's portage doesn't provide an init.d

I am running it and have not had any problems with it to date with the
exception that file transfer and insert picture do not function. I am able to
recieve files though.
