the problems I'm having either way so you can simply comment out/delete
the line "\usepackage{localfuncs}". Sorry about any confusion this
might cause.

monastery. Using those install disks I updated my hard drive's OS to
10.6.8, and then followed the instructions for compiling from source on
the website. Now everything works as expected. No errors in the
installation process. No errors when typesetting.

to typeset Gregorian chant directly, but I've yet to be
able to convince it to do so (even when copying the template in the
Learning document). Besides, given what I've seen of samples set with
Lilypad, I like the output from Gregorio better.
