Since I didn't mention it in my original email: our servers (one Arena, one Payload / CP and one KotH) are running under Windows Server 2008 R2. I usually have to restart our servers at least every day, if they don't crash themselves. There's some really dodgy memory management going on.

I've pulled my servers off auto restart and noticed most of them when they crash, they simple freeze up right after mapchange while clients are joining the game and selecting their teams. This is on Linux servers however, but we both seem to suffer the same bug. Saint K.

I'm running Sourcemod and gameMe too. Your setup is very similar (although much for powerful) to what we have, yet our TF2 servers keep on claiming RAM until there's so little left that it affects performance. Do your servers have replay enabled? Our CSS surf server goes up to 400MB btw so I

The new steamworks SDK was compiler with a newer compiler, which requires a newer version of the stand C lib than many distributions come with. We included this lib in the update, but apparently that isn't working for everybody. This new dependency was the cause of the delay last week.

We'll investigate the CS:S Windows issue. In the meantime, can you confirm that you don't have an old steam client on that Windows machine? If you've run the steam client one, but not run recently, it might be using the old steam.dll, instead of the new one released in the latest update.
