We are seeing the same thing as others have reported.
Outlook 98 users checking mail does not get their mail without having to use
the web interface to delete mail in their mail box.
This does not happen all the time but enough time for them to consider
leaving us for someone that does not use I
rrect including the password.
But when you try to log on to check your mail it
gets rejected. Saying that the user or password is not
correct.
We check spellings etc. but can not see what we did
wrong.
Any suggestions on how to solve this?

On one of the domains we are hosting today when they try to use the web
mail they get message "user account suspended".
This is when you go to the log in screen, before you log in.
If I restart the web mail it works fine for a while, but it has happened

When open the "view Queue" from the IMail administrator and try to remove
an item in the queue it does not delete it. But if I use the "remove all"
button it works fine.
Is this a know bug or just me?

For some strange reason after upgrading to 6.0, one of my domains don’t
see the icons after they log on using the webmail.
IE. You log on, then you
don’t see any of the icons but you can see the missing images (frame with red
x).
So far I only know of one domain with this problem.
In Imail 5.0 we had the user account manager program. Very easy to use adding new users. Start it up, select domain then just
hit enter to add a new user.
Don’t see the same functionality in 6.0, is it still there and I am just missing it ?

It might work fine but its pretty sad if you have to set up redirects.
In our case we have to setup over 130.
This is an issue Ipswitch should have thought about before they released

a few people reported that Outlook 2003 will download emails multiple times.
Its like it never completes the download and every times you restart
Outlook 2003 it downloads again.
Anyone else seen this?
Suggestions on how to fix.

Maybe because he is still using Imail Server, the product that many of
us supported for years.
We do have much invested in the product in both time and money and
personally I want to get as much from out investment as possible.
I guess you did not put a dime in the pot yourself.

I think 99% of the users are here only for IMail server and not the ICS
or whatever its called.
Just another reason we have planned to leave Imail.
