For the JAWS license that I use at work, the authorization code came in an
e-mail message from Freedom Scientific once the purchase was complete. I kept
the number, which later turned out to be useful when the employer-supplied
laptop was upgraded and I needed to install JAWS on the new system.
However, if you need to re-install JAWS on different hardware, you'll need the
authorizaiton code. The authorization process is very specific to the hardware
of the machine.

Some laptops from Dell and Lenovo, for example, provide a full keyboard with
numeric pad. Mine does - it's a Lenovo P51.

I haven't encountered this issue, however.
I occasionally receive messages that do contain nested tables, but not often.
Those affected should try to identify the circumstances in which this occurs.
