cutting out the damaged area with a dremel, removing the foam down to
the skin on the opposite side, glue in a solid block of foam to fill

The "empty" CG of the airplane should be located at a point where the
addition of a pilot, passenger , and fuel put the "loaded" CG inside
the CG envelope for flight.

was dragging a bit of brake sometimes because of the angle my
long legs approach the pedals. I glued a piece of 1/2" half round wood trim to
the top of each pedal to space my feet back from the brake pedal and that
solved the problem.
