Calibre can be used to create new e-books from scratch since sigil development is taken over by the developers of calibre and it already has been integrated. You do might have to use the newer versions of calibre of course. It works pretty good, automatic arranging of content into directories,

One important tip: keep it simple, though that can become complicated. I've just converted my guitarbook to an epub, manually with calibre. Sigil is integrated with calibre. With simple I mean, no indents and for each line of score a seperate image. That way the reader can scale to the width of
