Yes, but it really would be a little pointless. Super Duper! is a total backup
solution. Time Machine is a shadow or synchronous backup solution. So they
are two different species. They do two different types of backup. Where they
would work well together is in a situation where you

DVD Remaster or Handbrake should do what you want. Personally I prefer the
former, although it isn't free. I find it more intuitive and it's faster by a
mile. I reckon somebody left the Hand Break on, when they configured
