menu, VO-m or control-f2 and choose file. You will find the option for saving

If you are referring to the dock it is VO-d. In fact you can get a list of
VoiceOver commands just by looking in the Help Center of your Mac and for VO
specifically you can do VO-? (question mark). There are lots
