PDF Pen products have been developed for several years and I know its pro
version can be used to create PDF books more precisely than the built in tools.

PDF form completion. So, I would first download Firefox and se

Hi all
PDF Pen Pro is awesome. I currently have the demo but plan to buy it in
the future. One feature I like is the ability to automatically OCR PDF
documents that are just images, usually done from a scanner.

Actually, I like PDF Pen pro for OC images, not only because it’s fast, but

like scanning. So, I guess it depends on what one needs there

I wrote PDf Pen Pro about VoiceOver and using checkboxes. Although I got it to

Hello Mary
Maybe I am wrong, but Adobe doesn't seem to be very committed in getting this
done for us. At least the PDF pen pro people are willing to do it. That says a
lot.
When I get a chance, I will take one of my numbers files and convert them to a
table or something. But I can see
Hi Mary,
Reading tables in a pdf file is a big deal for me as well. I don’t know of a
solution on the Mac as yet. Adobe reader on Windows with NVDA does a
reasonably good job with this. An accessible version of Adobe on the mac would
be quite helpful.
The other approach I’ve thought of is to

Hi guys
I just filled out an IRS form 941 with PDF Pen Pro, version 7.1 and I want to
tell you guys about it. We can do it now because the checkboxes work, not
exactly like in Windows, but you can get there.
I found the first one did not come up when I pressed the tab key, so I had to

Hi guys.
I wanted you guys to know that PDF Pen Pro 7.1 is now out. It advertises
improvements for VoiceOver support. It’s supposed to have the check boxes
fixed. I haven’t had a chance to try that out yet, but I will soon.

I’ve just downloaded a pdf form which I need to fill in and then send off as an
attachment. I have pdf pen pro but I have no idea how to use it. How do I
move from field to field and how to fill the fields in? Is it possible? I
know that some of you do use pdf pen pro. Please

To do that you just type as normal.

Good thinking. We'd have better spacial awareness on the iPhone/iPad. The iPad
would probably be even better as there's more screen real estate. If we did
OCR, we could work out the proximity of the form field and the prompt text,
presuming Smile got PDFPen to work as nicely as iBooks and Kindle
Hi all
I am trying this seemingly cool app, it's a PDF editor for OS X hence me
writing to this list. Question is how exactly do I use one of these PDF
editors? I see no way of inserting text into the document. So do I use
an app like TextEdit, copy the text then paste it into the PDF document?
