The oil issue was related to overheating if I recall correctly. The engine
was unique. It was an aluminum block with no sleeves. The aluminum was high
in silicates (and this may be an incorrect description )The aluminum was
etched back to leave only the silicates as the wear surface. It worked

at a gun store or whatever, you have to fill out this deal and answer
some questions, they call a phone number and find out if you are

Guess it pays to periodically check the torque on the wheel nuts,

Don't bother. It's obvious that the last knucklehead to install that wheel
left the nuts finger tight.
Alloy wheel bolts or nuts don't loosen as long as they are torqued properly
to begin with.

might guess, it is a common failure. Same failure theory as the MB vacuum

with NPRs getting iron heads.

looks like an Eberspacher ( espar ) if it is, good luck finding parts in

Two of the four glue joints on the hood star failed, so I took it off
