Edit > Change Cash Flow Start Date and set your start date to April 1,
2009. Then set your starting amount to the total of all your spending
accounts and cash you have around the house and assign it to the
Salary bucket.
That should give you a

It's a tradeoff. Cha-Ching delayed their 2.0 desktop version and it is
now only in beta. They also chose to add fewer features and limited
cash flow manage to their desktop app but work more on a very visual
interface.

That said, MoneyWell is very different from finance apps like Quicken
and iBank and probably will remain that way. If you like what you see
today, I can promise you'll love what we have in store for the f

I do have plans to offer more bucket organization but I'm being
careful to not change MoneyWell so you can easily hide your buckets
with cash (or worse, the ones that have negative cash). It's a tricky
balancing act but I'm so used to juggling balls that
