Hi Lijana, OsmAnd app is only for Android and iOS. There was an attempt of porting, several years ago, but as far as I know it has been discontinued. However, you can install in your PC an Android emulator such as Nox or BlueStacks, and then have OsmAnd running in the emulated environment.
