Well, I guess we see things quite a bit differently. I wanted them to be
out of focus, a bit obscure or mysterious. IMO, that's what makes the pic.
They were not intended to be obvious and clearly represented - that would
be a different photo with a different context.

Someone had mentioned this a while ago and I had dismissed it as a dumb
idea. Clearly i should have knwon better. The SD card works fine but
typically DSLR users want big cards. I guess Pentax is not thinking of
the Baby D as a backup to the *istD.

don't you bring your camer in and try the winder with that. I think the

If you want to make it look almost like new, buy some Bondo. That's a
two-part epoxy filler made for automobile body repair. I've used it to
repair many things, and it's very good. Apply it as smoothly as
possible, then sand it to a nice finish after it dries. It has a
