FJW I use that almost every time I use my Metz flash, but you don't need another FJW flash. I have the 40MZ-2, which has the big flash that you can bounce on the FJW ceiling or wall, and there is also a small flash built in that you can FJW switch on/off as desired. The little flash is direct.
