However, the dark clothing of the two women gets lost in the dark
background. As a result, these ladies have a "ghosty" appearance.
It might be possible to enhance this at the state of conversion to B, by
boosting the color channel
See if your highlights make it to the end of the histogram. If not, using the
upper slider, move the white point to the spot where the histogram hits
baseline. Then, using the lower slider, clip the white point to about 248 to
250. Use your eye and judgement. Next, using the upper slider, set

"WP CyrilicA Normal" is in the standard Win 10 Font set.
Search "Fonts", open "Installed Fonts" & scroll down.

Actually the original text is still there, in the code. It's not
displayed correctly if you don't have the Cyrillic fonts installed, or

That's the High line.. yes.. right in the city
but it is quite elaborate and fancy.. with curated art along the way
and expensive food stands here and there..
