Usually it's an elk or a deer. I've never seen a squirrel on the

I took some pictures of raspberries.
(I actually spent several hours trying different light and lense
combinations.)
Well, these three pictures do not show just the raspberry, but the extra
creatures growing on it as well.
I was playing with the new D-FA 100/2.8 lens:
While sorting out photos of raspberries (see the other message I just sent)
for a few moments, I was really puzzled by one of the photos.
So, let me offer you this photo-puzzle.

I went today to the Photo Expo West (http://www.photoexpowest.com/) -
a Photo Exposition organized in San Diego by Delkin.
A few impressions and a few bits of information (FWIW).
I had a chance to talk briefly with the West Coast distribution manager
(or something like that) of Pentax.

Boris,
Sorry, in a rush of a loaded day I forgot to give a proper credit to
your response. Your answer deserves an honorable mention.
It was first and correct but incomplete. Bob's described where
(and from what) the reflections were.
Well, it is not only the raspberry that doesn't exist any

How is the DA 100 macro?
I've heard good things about it. It's a D-FA series lens, however,
not a DA.
I'm sure the rebates will end at some point but have no idea when.

Hello everybody!
Several time recently I've encountered problems of using
my TTL flash (AF FTZ 500) with a DS camera.
I am used to the way the flash was working with ZX5n
(and have been happy with it), but having some problems with the DS.
I would like to use the flash in a TTL mode, so that I
Godfrey,
Thanks for the response.
This brings a few more questions:
1. How would I do what I need with AF540FGZ, specifically, how would
I force it to fire at all times and be controlled by the body?
This must be in the DS' menu... but where?
(Mind, it is not K10[0]D)
2. If I had AF540FGZ,
Thank you, Thibouille and Godfrey,
you are confirming my expectations (should I say fears?).
I don't like the preflash. It's a spoiler, and for dynamic situations
(like a fast dance), it leads to a lost moment.

Hello All!
Last weekend we went to Camp Hollywood - this is a large swing
dance event held annually in Los Angeles. Many people were dressed
in retro style.
That athmosphere (I may post a few pictures later) has inspired me
me to play with one shots just a bit:
