thought I'd pass along that this month's Petersen's
Photographic (July 2001) has a feature on Eight Great
Zooms - and the Pentax 17-28 Fisheye is one of them.
As is typical for this magazine, there isn't much of
substance to the article...no tests

still available new in Japan and yet no NYC store has

strange comparison. I am considering the FA 20-35mm
f/4.0 AL versus the FA 35mm f/2.0 AL + FA 24mm f/2.0
AL IF.
