I've been having problems with Spicefly Sugarcube... or at least I
thought I had!
SugarCube didn't seem to be respecting any of it's settings but as I had
just upgraded to v4.51 I assumed there was a bug in the new version.
I couldn't get to the bottom of it so disabled all plugins then

Setting ipeng player off hasn't solved the problem. Volume definitely
increases on re-opening ipeng but not every time - the increase is 5%
each time it happens. Setting player off cured it for an hour or two but
it's back.

Changing the MusicMagic Server settings seems to have provided a
temporary fix for me. I'll wait for the rewrite for random track
fallback functionality with SQLite before going back to my old
settings.

running in SqueezeCentre 7.3.3 r26577 (latest build) and that worked
fine.
There is no option to switch Sugarcube on/off in the settings page.

I haven't had a close look at how the mixes work but had guessed that
was the case - none of the Hi-Res files seem to appear in any of my
MIP/SC mixes.

I've installed 'Local Player, onto my iMac but no player will install
and every time i start the iMac an error is produced as LMS Server
starts. The error just says...

I know nothing about custom-convert.conf or sox so even attempting this
is beyond me. Forum user 'JohnB' has been kind enough to try comming up
with something but he's working blind. He doesn't subscribe to Spotify
so it's all trial and error. Thank you JohnB for trying this out.

I like this idea. The MIP database has been offline for some years now
and it can be a real pain to fingerprint new tracks. Finding some way to
replicate the database is a great idea. I only have about 250 mp3 files
fingerprinted but I've submitted them using your fingerprint extractor.

I reboot my NUC every morning at 5am. Every few days Squeezelite-X opens
itself up on the config page with no settings and no device connection -
the tray icon is not showing up blue! I have to enter Host Name (IP),
Player Name and Output Device then apply. It then runs properly for a

I've been using v1.34 then v1.35 as soon as they were available on the
store. Hadn't reported back yet as the issue only happened every 4 or 5

Since installing version 0.50 from github the TrackStat 'star' icon
doesn't display correctly. When browsing by Album in order to mark all
tracks as favourites the star icon isn't displayed but the underlying
code appears instead. See attached jpg...

Everything seems to be working, except, as you say, pinned apps. I only
use Spotty pinned and that's not working although it does work if going

I've been following this thread from the start and now use the excellent
Material Skin as my default. Thank you for putting in the time and
effort to carry on moving LMS forwards and helping keep the whole
project alive - it's much appreciated.
