just wanted to report that the next issue of QL Today is under
preparation. It will have 48 pages and will come again with a bonus DVD.
Urs König is preparing the DVD and he reported it to be full.
All issues of QL Today (including the next one itself) will be on the
DVD in digital

Well, we would like to come! Roy Wood, Marcel Kilgus and I have already
discussed a possible meeting in Spain some months ago
Put another way my life is not dominated by the QL. When I have to buy a new
printer there will be a lot of things I shall take into account in making my
choice and the QL is just one of them. I am not going to waste time or money
looking for a QL compatible printer when the QL community has
studies to scrap direct printing from the QL completely.)

I use an Epson 740 connected to PC by usb and at one and the same time
(can't spell simutainly) connected to a QL by parallel port ( it has a
mac port also ), although I can't say if this model or an equivalent is

Try to get an EPSON Stylus Color 900 or 980. They *DO* work.
They are fast. The ink is dead cheap.
Ebay is usually a good place to get them.

I read about missing emails. Well, very strange things are going on.
I ran several tests with Wolfgang Lenerz, for example, and only 3 of 4
mails from Bruce arrived at j-m-s.com
Mails from some sources do not arrive at j-m-s.com at all, although
they are whitelisted
NOT all bounces are actually that, One of the methods used Spoofs just
that, Bounces !
Of course, Bounces with a size 30k and ZIP attachments (or other
nice things) have to be Virus spoofs - but I get the full range :-(
